MakeMKV was used to extract the videostream. Rest demuxed with Eac3to. Added,synced and tonemapped the subtitles from the
regular bd's. Added the subtitles from the WEB-DL (Thanks SLOT!), converted to PGS and tonemapped. Named chapters taken
from the 1080p FraMeSToR remux (Thanks!) which are from the NTSC DVD.
